At Sunken Foundation Solutions, our journey began with Billy Schlosser's commitment to protecting homes in Sturgis, Rapid City, and the entire Black Hills area. What started as Schlosser Construction in 2019 evolved in 2023, sharpening our focus on foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and crawl space solutions. We're dedicated to delivering reliable services that ensure the strength, safety, and peace of mind your home deserves. In 2026, we extended our reach to involve Mud Jacking and Concrete Pumping by taking over for our good friend, Greg Lucca. Greg is the former owner of Baker Mud Jacking & Concrete Pumping. After many years of quality service, he has decided to retire and put his trust in us to continue his great work from now on. We appreciate all the guidance and expert advice that he has given us over the years, and we will continue on with his expert quailty!

Billy Schlosser, owner of Sunken Foundation Solutions, is hands-on, personally overseeing every job site. His dedication goes beyond just completing the work; he ensures every area is left immaculate and conducts a final walkthrough with homeowners, guaranteeing satisfaction. Originally established as Schlosser Construction in 2018, Bill rebranded in December 2023 to Sunken Foundation Solutions, aligning the name with our specialized expertise in fixing settling foundations and protecting homes.
