Bill Schlosser
Owner of Sunken Foundation Solutions
Bill Schlosser (blue shirt), owner of Sunken Foundation Solutions, is at every job site. When his crew is finished with the job, he makes sure the area is immaculate. Then he does a "walk through" with the homeowner giving them a final inspection of the completed job.
Bill Schlosser started his company back in 2018 under the name Schlosser Construction. Then, in December 2023, Bill decided to change his business name to Sunken Foundation Solutions. “Going forward, we will be leaning (no pun intended) more towards the fixing of setting and settling foundations,” says Bill.
So while the focus of the business is foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and crawl space repair, Bill says they are still available for other foundation/masonry repair projects such as retaining walls.
He recently added two additional services, and installing regress windows.

Ancestor Concrete and Masonry
Pictured is Vance Hiedegger of Ancestor Concrete and Masonry who has worked with Bill on random projects for the past 9 years. He taught Bill everything he knew about concrete and masonry. Vance was the reason Bill started his business!

Greg works for Baker Mudjacking, who pumps concrete for Bill whenever needed. Markus is Bill's brother-in-law, a senior in high school who has completed his 4th summer of work at Sunken Foundation Solutions. We were honored to have Jaythen join us for the summer, as he has now gone back to college to finish his nursing degree.
